Support the Park

ith the support of the members of our Deelense Veld Circle, we can carry out various projects that are needed to make the Park more sustainable, strengthen biodiversity, teach schoolchildren more about nature and ensure that the Park is easily accessible to all.

What can you expect from us?

As a member of the Deelense Veld Circle, you have a personal connection with De Hoge Veluwe National Park. You also have the following privileges:

  • Annual invitation to an exclusive Circle event (member and plus one)
  • Business partner ticket offering free entry to the Park (ticket holder with parking privileges and four guests)
  • Gulle Gevers newsletter

Your contribution

Members enter into a five-year agreement, with a minimum annual donation of €1,000. This constitutes a ‘periodic donation’. Our support foundation, the Hoge Veluwe Fund Foundation, has been classified by the Dutch tax authorities as a public benefit organisation (algemeen nut beogende instelling), ensuring optimum tax-deduction opportunities for your donation under the Dutch tax system. Deelense Veld

Deelense Veld is a very special part of De Hoge Veluwe National Park. In many places, hard iron banks prevent rainwater from sinking into the soil, creating a string of fens – a wet ‘savannah’ of purple moor-grass. In summer, Deelense Veld buzzes with dragonflies, chased by falcons. Snipes use the fens for their courtship rituals, and the area is also home to vipers and rare butterflies, such as the Alcon blue.
